This is a brilliant lesson if you are keen on baked goodies for the festive time. We will be making a lovely White Chocolate and Raspberry Babka….we can decide on the day….how we will present our Babka. Then a lovely festive fruity slice…a delicious traybake. And then a lovely Eccles style mince pie, beautiful served warm with a dollop of cream.

You will get to taste everything we make as part of the lesson, however, your very own creations  will be going home with you to share with your family and friends. All recipes will be emailed.
