Christmas Special - Festive Canapès
Deliciously festive finger food, brilliant with cocktails and impressive but simple and easy to make ahead. We are starting with a classic, teeny sausages wrapped in streaky bacon, coated in orange marmalade, Dijon and grainy mustards and cooked until sticky…this one is irresistible! Then on to bite size puff pastry bites, topped with baby tomatoes, and flavours of the Med! They will disappear incredibly fast!
Crostini with creamy edamame hummus, and fresh sweet bursts of pomegranate is a flavour combination that will for sure be a hit with your guests. This is a brilliant make ahead canapé, and a breeze to put together on the day.
And last but not least, a certain hit at cocktail hour, beautiful coconut shrimp and a sweet chilli sauce will make feel like you are in the Caribbean.
