Festive Edible Gifts
On this lesson we will make 4 fabulous gifts, all packaged in cellophane with ribbons and hand written tags. We start with Fruitcake Biscotti, a twice baked biscuit, studded with glacé cherries. Then onto luxurious florentines, gorgeous delicate lace like cookies, baked, cooled and coated in chocolate. Then 2 stunning chocolate gifts, Mendiants, French chocolates decorated with sparkly glitter, and a choice of decorations to finish them off, just beautiful. And chocolate bark, indulgent, delicious and be as creative with the toppings as you want. This is an excellent lesson to learn new skills, have fun, feel festive AND have amazing handmade treats to give to a loved one. Or simply enjoy them yourself.
You will get to taste everything we make as part of the lesson, however, your very own creations will be going home with you to share with your family and friends. All recipes will be emailed.
