Introduction to Patisserie

This is a lovely introduction to the world of patisserie. I’ll teach you how to make a lovely sweet shortcrust pastry which we will then turn into glazed, fruity custard tartlets. Then onto a beautiful chocolate Swiss Roll. I will also teach you how to make a lovely custard from scratch along with a nutty brittle, to use as filling and decoration. So much to learn in this lesson. 



You will get to taste everything we make as part of the lesson, however, your very own creations  will be going home with you to share with your family and friends. All recipes will be emailed.
