An absolutely delicious and easy feast awaits you and your loved one.
We start with glorious figs. Figs and lovely creamy blue cheese gets wrapped in slices of prosciutto and baked until unctuous and tender. An absolutely beautiful flavour combination.
Then on to a pork loin, rubbed with paprika, then generously covered in streaky bacon and oven roasted. Serve simply with a rocket and baby tomato salad.
And to finish a lovely rich chocolate and raspberry cake. A match that suits perfectly.
