All About Gyoza

Aka Japanese Potstickers. A delightful dumpling, that’s stuffed, fried then steamed and enjoyed as a street food snack or as part of a meal. On this lesson we are going to learn how to make gyoza from scratch, with different fillings, including vegetarian, how to shape the gyoza in a number or ways, before cooking them. To accompany the gyoza, some easy dipping sauces and a lovely miso broth with toasted seeds. This is for sure an extremely tasty and flavour filled lesson with excellent new skills to learn.



You will get to taste everything we make as part of the lesson, however, your very own creations  will be going home with you to share with your family and friends. All recipes will be emailed.
