Best of Continental Breads

This is a great introduction to bread making and really useful baking skills to learn to make 3 very different varieties of breads. Dutch Melk Brood(Milk Bread) from the Netherlands is a lovely white loaf tin style bread(brilliant for making sandwiches) and beautiful eaten warm with plenty of butter.  French Fougasse, a wonderful sharing bread, impressive looking and delicious, yet so easy and so much fun to make.  We will also make a beautiful Italian Rosemary and Sea Salt Focaccia, crispy on the top with a tender crumb, and different flavour options will be available and demonstrated on the day. If you are keen to learn how to bake lovely breads at home, then this is the right lesson for you.

You will get to taste everything we make as part of the lesson, however, your very own creations  will be going home with you to share with your family and friends. All recipes will be emailed.
