This is a lovely lesson if you are already a bit familiar with bread making and doughs in general, but wish to enhance your skills and techniques. I will show you how to make and shape a beautiful babka. Then we will work on brioche, easier than you think and so tasty with the scent of orange. Then on to everyone’s favourite(I know, because I can tell it’s love at first bite 🙈😂)pizza dough rolls, oh my word, these rolls are comfort bread 101......why is this lesson so tasty??? 

 

You will get to taste everything we make as part of the lesson, however, your very own creations  will be going home with you to share with your family and friends. All recipes will be emailed.
