A feast awaits you......On this lesson you will learn how to make fresh Indian cheese called Paneer. Then we will prepare and cook the paneer, and finish it in a rich tomatoey creamy sauce. And we will also make flaky delicious Paratha flatbreads. And I will show you how to prepare a and very delicious accompaniment, a fresh tomato, onion and herb sambal. This is a very tasty lesson with great new skills to acquire, not only for the lover of Indian flavours but also for the  adventurous foodie.

You will get to taste everything we make as part of the lesson, however, your very own creations  will be going home with you to share with your family and friends. All recipes will be emailed.
